As you might suspect, you can only add or subtract square root terms that are "like". With square roots "like" means the radicands are a perfect match. It's common for square root terms to not look alike until after you've simplified som or all of the terms. In Today's videos you'll use your previous work to simplify square root terms and then you'll add and subtract any like terms.
