In today's lesson we'll finish our work with logarithms and exponentials. 5.6 practices the logarithmic rules. These rules allow you to rewrite sums as products, differences as quotients and exponents as factors. 5.7 will continue solving logarithmic equations and will show you how to use the skills from 5.6 to rewrite equations with unlike terms into a form that will allow you to use the two-column table. In 5.8 you'll practice some other ways (apart from the two-column table) to solve exponential equations.
